Frequently asked Questions

  • Yes. We are always carry a copy of out PLI (Public Liability Insurance) at all times. If you wish to see this prior to the event please let us know.

  • Absolutely. Although its not a requirement, you are welcome to request a specific genre of music or specific songs. To do this you will need to login to the client portal and add your song requests there. 

    Song requests can also be taken on the night of your event. In some circumstances we may not be able to play your requested song. So, if its a song that you definitely will need played (First dance, celebrants favourite song, etc) please request it before hand.

  • We can usually setup within 45 minutes, however we always prefer to arrive 1 hour in advance to ensure everything is perfected before your guests arrive.

  • We can pack down in about 25 minutes. However if there is any complications in the load in / load out this time can increase. For example if the event was up a flight of stairs and there was no lift available, it would take us slightly longer to load out.

  • Yes. All of our equipment is PAT tested regularly and maintained to a high standard.
